When you sign up for Tineri, our team will set up your basic organisation details for you. To view or edit these, go to the Company Settings and click on Compay Profile sub-menu. Here, click Edit, which will show you the screen below:


Name/Domain Name

DO NOT change these fields as they will affect your front end display and your access to the CMS, If you wish to change your company name or your Tineri CMS domain name, please contact us.


All other fields can be edited by you at any time. 


Colour/Logo/Home Screen

You may change your colour, logo and default app home screen if you wish, but please consult with us first as these changes affect how your customers see your app.


Organisation Email

Email ID of your organisation


Address and Contact Fields
Fill in the address details of your company along with the contact details so that your clients will be able to contact you hassle free.


Time format

Select the time format in which the time in-app will be displayed. The time can be in 12-hour or 24-hour format.


Website & Social Media Links

If you want your website and social media channels to be displayed in the app, please put the URLs in these fields.


Map Mode

Select the default mode in which the map will be displayed in the APP(Walking/Driving/Cycling). This setting can be overridden on Booking and Day Level and is only applicable if Map is shown using Mapbox.


Select Languages

Here you can choose up to 5 languages from a list of 13 in which you can deliver the app.


Show Markers In

Select how the Map Marker Labels will be shown in the app. The marker labels can be in Numerical or Alphabetical.


Email / Registration templates

These are the default templates which will be displayed while sending the emails. These can be edited by clicking on them and then the edited ones will appear as default in the emails.


Default Email

This Email will be used while sending the Welcome Email to the Travellers(optional). If left blank the organisation email will be used for the aforementioned purpose.


Default Password

This password will be set to any new User being created. If it's left blank, then password will be auto-generated for each User. 


Archives After

Here you set a date limit for how long your travellers can access their trip via their login credentials. Once this date expires, the traveller will no longer be able to see their trip in Tineri.


Monthly Limit/Monthly+Added Limit

This shows your monthly passenger limit based on your chosen Tineri pricing package. These values are set by us and cannot be edited.


Tour Surveys Deadline

Select the maximum number of days after the booking ends till which the Traveller can submit Tour surveys. This setting can be overridden at the booking level.


Device Limit

Here you set maximum number of concurrent logins with same user credentials.
