In this area, you can add your Travellers (or clients/customers/passengers, depending on your preferred terminology!). NB for convenience you can also add new Travellers directly from within a Booking. To add a new Traveller, go to 

Contacts -> Travellers, and click Add Entry, which pops up the following screen:


Email

Email Id of the Traveller.This field is mandatory.


Preferred Language for App

This will be the language in which Traveller will see the Itinerary in the App. The default language is the Organisation mandatory language. Please make sure you select the most appropriate language for the better user experience.


First Name/Last Name

Please enter the Traveller's First Name & Last Name in these fields (NB for cultures where the last name appears first, eg Vietnam, you should put the family name in the Last Name field and the Given Name(s) in the First Name field - so for example, for Nguyen Thi Hoa, first name would be Thi Hoa (or just Hoa), and Last Name would be Nguyen)


Gender/Title/Birthday/Telephone/Address/City/Province/Country

Please complete as much information as possible to make it easy for clients/guides to contact the Traveller.

Please choose a suitable Image for the Traveller, following the image size guidelines in the CMS. Note that under certain circumstances this image may appear on the customer-facing app.


Add Document

Clicking on Add Document adds the following nested form:

Here the Admin can upload and assign traveller specific documents. 

  • Document Category: This field lists all the Document Categories created by the user.
  • Name : Name of the Document being uploaded
  • Upload File: Browse your device for the document to be uploaded.


The remaining fields are all optional but you are advised to add as much information as possible.


Once you have completed all fields, click Submit, and your new Traveller will be created as in the screen below. You can Edit or Delete Travellers using the relevant buttons.



To check the Traveller's complete details, click on the 'View' button. This will open the following page:

This page will have three sections:


  • User Details: This will show all the details of the Traveller. You can update the Traveller details by clicking on Edit button.
  • User History: This is an Audit feature which will show you who updated what for that particular Traveller.
