In this section you will learn to create the Items that can be added to Daily Surveys, enabling you to monitor customer satisfaction with every aspect of your tours. Click on Daily surveys will redirect you to this screen:
There are two tabs:
- Reports: Here the records of all surveys and their feedback ratings are displayed category wise.
- Components: The User can create/edit/delete daily surveys in this section. A list of all daily surveys is displayed.
Components
Daily surveys are very simple to create. Go to components tab it will display a list of surveys as follows:
To add a new Survey Item, click Add Entry, which will pop up the following screen:
Simply enter the name of the Survey Item and select a country, and click Submit, and your survey item is now available for use. These created survey items can then be edited/deleted as per requirement using the edit/delete buttons provided on the list.
Reports
Tineri's Daily Survey function is a powerful tool enabling you to monitor customer satisfaction and see which suppliers/experiences are performing well (and which aren't). There are several areas where you can see the survey results:
In each box, you can see the top-performing items in various categories. (for ex. Bookings, Guides)
CSV
These reports can be exported into CSV sheets.
Converts the survey report into a printable format.
Search
Search for a particular item within the category.
View
Opens up the item so you can see a breakdown of the average rating:
For booking the detailed view will look as shown below.N/A denotes that no feedback is given for that particular survey item.
Click on view to see a detailed view of each item.
You can also view a supplier/guide/hotel Survey Data by opening the supplier/guide/hotel and clicking Surveys as below:
The data can be viewed in table format by clicking on "Table Format".The table appears as shown below.This data can then be exported and printed by clicking on "Excel","Print" respectively.
