Packages can be copied, should you wish to create a near-duplicate version of an existing Package. Packages can also be exported to PDF format should you wish to use this function to send quotations to your clients.
To use these functions, select Trips -> Packages -> Active to go to the main Packages page. This will show you the following:
Export Package
Click on the Export button, opens the following screen. The PDF also features blank, editable fields for you to add pricing and booking conditions should you wish. After making required changes and clicking submit the Package will be downloaded as a PDF.
Copy Package
Clicking Copy, opens up the following screen. Here you simply need to change the Package Name and make any other changes you require before clicking Submit.
