In this section, you can add the Accommodation that your customers will be staying in - images, descriptions, contact details, etc. These will appear in the app so your customers can see their properties before they travel and contact them if necessary.
Adding a New Accommodation
Go to Services -> Accommodation in the left-hand menu. This will open the following screen:
To add a new Accommodation, click Add Entry. This pops up the following dialogue:
Language Tabs
You can add data in any or all of the 5 languages selected for your organisation to specific applicable multilingual fields. Clicking on any Language Tab will switch the applicable fields to the selected language so that the user can input the data.
Import Type
If you are Typing in the details manually, select Manual. The other type is Import PDF which you can use to directly upload a PDF containing the Accommodation Details.
Name
The name of the Accommodation.
Description
This is the description of the Accommodation that will appear in the app to be seen by your customers. If you wish to use this description for Tineri Tips too, move the 'User description as Tineri Tip' toggle to On. If not, leave it as Off and complete the Tineri Tip Description field.
Main Image
Select the main Accommodation image here using the Media Library where you can add new images or select existing ones.
Additional Images
Select up to 10 Additional Accommodation Image(s) here using the Media Library where you can add new images or select existing ones. These images along with the main image will be displayed in the APP as a sliding carousel.
Tineri Tip Image
This Image will be used while creating a Tineri Tip for this Accommodation. To use the main image for this purpose you can turn the 'Use Main Image as Tineri Tip Image' toggle to ON.
Contacts
Here you can create multiple Contacts for the Hotel, for Accommodation the GM, Front Office Manager, Concierge, etc. Just click Add Contact and complete the fields.
Phone
Here you can add the contact number of the Accommodation which will be visible to your customers.
Address/City/Province/Country
The address of the Accommodation. Remember this is the address that will appear in the app for your customers to see so make sure it is the physical address of the Accommodation itself rather than a remote sales office.
Click Submit when you are done and your Accommodation will be added to the CMS.
