Tineri enables you to upload traveller documents - scans of things like passports, visas, flight tickets, hotel vouchers etc - so the traveller can access them via the app and download them to their devices. 


Adding a Document

Click Library -> Documents on the main menu. This will open the following screen:


This Page will show a List of Document Categories in which Documents have been already added. Clicking on the Open Button will show the list of Documents belonging to that category


To add a new Document, click Add Entry, which pops up the following screen:




Document Type

Here you select the type of Document you are uploading.

  • Booking/User Document: This new document will have to be assigned to either specific travellers/guides or to specific bookings.
  • Package Document: This new document will have to be assigned to specific packages. 


Document Name

Add a name for the Document here (free text field).


Select Roles

Here you can select the User Roles to whom you want to assign the document to. If a Booking is also selected then the Document will be assigned to all the specified role users of that particular booking (Roles are Travellers/Guides)


Select Booking

Here you need to select the Booking to which you are attaching the document.


Select Travellers/Guides

Select the Traveller/Guide to whom the document needs to be attached. If you select a Booking, you will only see the Travellers/Guides who have been added to that Booking.


Upload File

Browse your device for the document to be uploaded.


Then click Submit, and your document will be saved and assigned.

Note: To assign a Document to all Bookings by default, select Document Type as "Booking/User Document", leave the Select Booking field empty and assign Roles as needed.E.g If only Traveller role is assigned the Document will be visible to all Travellers of all Bookings



Opening a Category section will show the list of Documents in the following way divided into two sections where you can View/Edit/Delete Documents as required.
