This area is for DMCs who want to provide their travel agent clients with access to Tineri. Here you can set up all your different Travel Agents (TAs).
Name
Enter the TA's name as it will be displayed throughout the CMS and app.
Domain Name
This will be used to generate the TA-level CMS domain name.
Travel Agent Email
This is the email the TA will use to log into their CMS.
Labelling
Here you set the labelling type for the app, ie what branding the end traveller (the TA's client) will see when they log into the app - either DMC branding, the TA's branding, or joint branding.
If DMC Labelling is selected, TA's bookings in the App will show the Logo of the DMC when viewed by TA's clients
if TA Labelling is selected, TA's bookings in the App will show the Logo of the TA when viewed by TA's clients
If Joint Labelling is selected, there will be fields to upload the joint logos of the DMC and TA as well as the Joint Theme color, which then will be used while showing bookings in the App for the TA's clients
Colour/Logo
Here you add your TA's branding - their colour code and their logo.
Home Screen Image
This sets the default home screen image for the app - the background image the traveller sees when they log in. This can be overridden at the booking level. Use the Home Screen Preview button to see how the image will appear in the app.
Address/City/State/Country
Here you can add the TA's address which will be displayed in App.
Time format
Select the time format in which the time in app will be displayed. The time can be in 12 hours or 24-hour format.
Languages
Here you can select the languages in which you wish to publish itineraries (max 5). If your required language isn't available, let us know and we'll add it!
Website & Social Media Links
If you want your TA's website and social media channels to be displayed in the app, please put the URLs in these fields.
Map Mode
Select the default mode in which the map will be displayed in the APP(Walking/Driving/Cycling). This setting can be overridden on Booking and Day Level and is only applicable if Map is shown using Mapbox.
Show Markers In
Select how the Map Marker Labels will be shown in app. The marker labels can be in Numerical or Alphabetical.
Default Password
This password will be set to any new User being created. If it's left blank, then password will be auto-generated for each User.
Enable Custom Menu
Select this to enable custom menus for TA's CMS.
Enable Registration Form
Select this to enable TA to create and send registration forms for the travellers to signup.
Enable Tour Survey
Select this to enable TA to create Tour Survey feedback forms for its travellers.
Tour Surveys Deadline
Select the maximum number of days after the booking ends till which the Traveller can submit Tour surveys. This setting can be overridden at the booking level
Device Limit
Here you set maximum number of concurrent logins with same user credentials.
