Tineri also provides an option to add transportation facilities to the customer. For example, if the customers have booked a cab from the airport to the hotel then this can be added as transport and will be displayed in the App.
Adding a New Transport
Go to Services -> Transport in the left-hand menu. This will open the following screen:
To add a new Transporation, click Add Entry. This pops up the following dialogue:
Type
Select the type of transport availed.For example Train,Bus etc.If the transport availed by customer is not available in the types provided then then select other.
Name
The name of the Transport.
From Location/To Location
The pickup and drop off location of the customer.This can be a resort, city etc.
Departure Point/Arrival point
The Exact point from which the customer will be picked up and will be dropped off in the city etc.
From Time/To Time
Time at which the customer will be picked up from departure point and time at which the customers will be dropped off at the arrival point.
