In this area, you can create Map Routes by adding Start Point,Intermediate Points,End Point and then later import them in Bookings/Packages or Itinerary Days either in the Manual Mode or the Multiple Map mode. To add a new Map Route, go to Library -> Map Routes, and click Add Entry, which pops up the following screen:


Route Name

Enter the name of the route. This is the name which you will use while importing this route in bookings/days


Startpoint/Endpoint

Here you add the points at which the route starts and ends in order to create the trip map. Simply start typing the locations in these fields and Google Maps will identify them. If the exact point you need is not listed, please select the nearest listed location.


Intermediate Points

Here you add any intermediate points you wish to include between the Start & End points in order to create an accurate Map.


Color

If the Map Route is imported in a Itinerary Day which has multiple routes, this color will help the App User to distinguish the different routes shown on the map.


After clicking submit the Map Route will be created and will be displayed in the list as shown below:




Importing Map Routes

While creating/updating a Booking or Itinerary Day the form will show the following buttons on the respective forms.


Clicking on Save Map Route will open up a dialogue to save the current route of the booking dynamically on the go. 


The user just has to input the Name of this new route along with the color and click submit which will then add it to list of Map Routes.


Similarly on clicking Import Map Route opens up the following prompt to select the route to be imported.

Selecting the route in the dropdown will automatically preview the route in the fields as shown below.

after which the clicking on import will assign the route on the Booking/Day Form



Adding Multiple Map Routes for Itinerary Day

You can add multiple map routes on an Itinerary Day by selecting Map Type as Multiple Routes. After which you will see a Add Route button as shown below:


Clicking on Add Route opens up the following dialogue:

On this page you can either create a new Route and save it for for future use or You can import an existing route directly by changing the Import field and selecting the Route Name from the drop down.


On clicking Add/Import the route will be added to the Itinerary Day and the form will look as shown below:

Similarly you can Add/Import up to 4 unique routes per Itinerary Day.
