In this section we will be exploring the conversation list screen of Tineri CMS Chat
- If the current logged in admin/user is part of any conversations, then the list of conversations will be shown on the left section of the Chat Screen.
- Each conversation will show a preview of the last message in the conversation along with the time/date when the message was sent.
- Each One-To-One conversation will show the picture of the receiver along with his/her name
Each Broadcast conversation (Send To Group/Send To All) will show a refresh icon along with 3 other options which are the following:
- Edit
Clicking on Edit (pencil icon) will open the following form in which he can reselect the group criteria and change the receivers of the broadcast.
- View
Clicking on View (eye icon) will show the current group criteria and its receivers as shown below:
Clicking on the button 'Update Receivers' will update the receivers of the group based on the criteria, for e.g if a booking selected in the criteria has newly added travellers after the group was created then these travellers will get added in the group after clicking 'Update Receivers' - Delete
Clicking on Delete (trash icon) will delete the group permanently so the admin/user will not be able to send any more broadcasts but any replies received by him will still be shown in the respective One-to-One conversations - Refresh
The refresh button (refresh icon) works exactly as same as 'Update Receivers' and can be used to update the receivers without viewing the group details.
