In this section Tour Operator can add his own categories and category icons for the documents rather then having predefined categories. Head to Company Settings -> Document Categories in the left-hand menu. This will open the following page:
In this section user can view/delete the existing Document Categories and also add new ones.
Adding a new Document Category
To add a new category click on Add Entry. This will open the following screen:
Name
Name of you new Document Category.
Choose Icon
Here you choose an appropriate icon for the Document Category. If your choice of icon can't be found and you want us to add something, please let us know!
After finsih, click Submit, and your new Document Category will be created.
Note: While creating/updating Documents you can assign any of the Categories in this list as required.
User can create maximum of up to 8 categories excluding the default category “Others” which cannot be deleted.
While deleting a Document Category if it contains any documents, a Transfer Documents prompt will be shown to transfer all the documents to any other category before deleting it:
