If you find what you think is a bug or an error, or you are stuck and our Knowledge Base doesn't provide the answer you need, you can submit a Support Ticket and we'll give you the help you require. To submit a Support Ticket, follow the Knowledge Base link above, and then click the New Support Ticket link on the right:
Submitting a Support Ticket Via the Knowledge Base
That will open up the following window:
Email/Name
Please enter your work email address and your name here.
Company
Select the Tineri customer you work for.
Issue Type
Select the area in which you are having problems from the drop-down list.
Subject
Type the Subject in this field - you may find that a useful prompt from the Knowledge Base appears on the right of the screen.
Description
Describe your issue as clearly as possible, supported by screenshots if you can.
Then click Submit, and we will respond to your issue as quickly as we can!
You can check the status of your Support Ticket by clicking Check Ticket Status.
Submitting a Support Ticket Via the CMS
Alternatively, you can also submit a support ticket by clicking on the Support icon on the bottom right of any screen in the CMS:
Clicking this icon opens the following screen:
Simply complete the fields as in "Submitting a Support Ticket Via the Knowledge Base" and then click Submit. You can also access the Knowledge Base from here by clicking Search Articles.
