In this section you will learn how to schedule messages in Tineri CMS Chat.
To schedule message go Sidebar -> Chat -> Schedule Messages (Tab)
To schedule a message click on Schedule Message + which will open the following form:
This form is exactly the same as the New conversation form which is explained here - Starting a New Conversation with the only exception being the two scheduling fields namely:
Select Date / Select Time
The user can select the date and time here on which he/she wants to schedule the messages. There are 4 fixed timeslots( in UTC) each day which can be used to schedule messages.
After selecting the appropriate receivers and time slots clicking on Start Chat will open the following chat screen:
The user can type plain text and emojis in the message text box and click enter as shown below:
Each of these messages will be scheduled to be sent on the selected day on the scheduled time slot. You can View/Edit/Delete these messages on the main Scheduled Messages screen as shown below:
Clicking on edit will open the following form on which you can change the scheduled date/time as well as the content of the message:
Note: The scheduled messages can be edited/deleted only prior to the scheduled date/time-slot after which they will no longer appear in the Scheduled Messages list.
