To request a new feature in Tineri, go to the Knowledge Base and click New Support Ticket, then in Type, select Feature Request. Then proceed as per Bugs, Errors & Problems


If we like your feature request and we think all our customers would benefit from it, we will add it in a future version of Tineri. If it is a request specific to your company only, we will contact you to discuss in more detail and give you a quote for adding this especially for you.
